By using Nanogotchi, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

1. Who Can Use Nanogotchi

• You must be at least 13 years old.
• If under 16, you need permission from a parent or guardian.
• You must agree to these terms.

2. Gameplay and Nano Transactions

• Nano sent through the game is non-refundable.
• Game features, rewards, and mechanics may change at any time.
• We are not responsible for lost Nano, bugs, or crashes.
• You are responsible for your own wallet security.

3. Acceptable Use

• Do not use bots or scripts.
• Do not exploit bugs or attempt to hack the game.
• No spam, harassment, or abuse toward others.

4. Ownership

All game content is owned by Nanogotchi unless otherwise stated. NaNFTs and other assets may be governed by additional terms.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Nanogotchi is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any damage, loss, or malfunction.

6. Termination

We may terminate or limit your access at any time if you break the rules or harm the game or community.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use means you accept the changes.
